In-home personal training can also save you $$. You won’t have to pay for a gym membership, annual maintenance fees, registration or administrative fees, or even a babysitter. Training in your home allows you to control the temperature, the music, the cleanliness, and your audience.

No equipment in necessary for in-home personal training. If you have your own equipment, your trainer will incorporate it in to your workouts. Otherwise, all equipment will be brought to you.

Virtual Training 

Using a virtual coach allows you to train with a personal trainer for maximum results anywhere at any time. Studies show that online personal training can be just as effective as in-person personal training and at only a fraction of the cost. 

After signing up for your virtual coaching package, you will be contacted by your virtual coach to discuss your goals. Shortly after, you will receive a medical and physical questionnaire to complete and submit to your coach. Upon completion of your assessments, your coach will design an exercise program that is tailored to your specific needs and wants. Next, a time will be set up to teach you how to access your exercise and food logging programs. The exercise programs will provide a picture, video and description of each exercise. Finally, you will work with your coach to design a personalized nutrition program. 

During the program, you will be contacted by your trainer several times a week for support and motivation. Through online exercise and nutrition tracking, along with weekly phone and/or e-mail check-ins, you will be held accountable and coached to make the necessary choices to accomplish your health and fitness goals.
