Fear is the enemy of will. Will is what makes you take action; fear is what stops you.  It stops us from doing what we want to do and from becoming who we want to be.  Some people avoid building relationships for fear of rejection.  Some people stay in jobs that feel "safe" in, even though it's not the work they really enjoy doing.  Some people decide to give up on a healthy lifestyle because they have never been successful before.  In all of these examples, fear stops us from progressing into something better.  Fearless fitness will help inspire you to take action and reach your health and fitness goals.
